Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NutriBalance. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Returns
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- If your return was due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will also refund the original delivery charge.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original product and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale
6. Late or Lost Deliveries
If your package is delayed:
- Check your local Royal Mail collection point for a missed delivery slip.
- If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a £2.95 redelivery fee may apply.
If your parcel appears lost, please allow 15 business days (UK standard) before contacting us.
