• Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium infantis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

Usage

Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times per day before meals or as advised.
